JELLY DESSERT with mandarins 🎄🍊
Ingredients for 2 servings 🍨

For the mandarin layer:
300 g peeled mandarins
40 g sugar (add more if the mandarins are sour)
1 tsp gelatin
50 ml cold water

For the sour cream layer:
250 g sour cream 20%
40 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
1 tsp gelatin
50 ml cold water

Pour cold water over the gelatin and set aside until it swells.

Peel the mandarins and lightly blend them.
Add sugar and bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Pass through a sieve, squeezing out the juice.
Add the swollen gelatin to the hot mixture and stir until smooth.

Combine the sour cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Melt the gelatin and add to the sour cream, stirring constantly.

Pour the dessert layer by layer, cooling each layer.
To speed up this process, place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Before serving, decorate with mandarin slices, a sprig of fir, and imitation snow made from powdered sugar.
