Plot summary
After years of infertility, Robin and Daniel take in Kathelia, a young orphan who does not speak but clearly understands everything around her. Strange events quickly escalate in their home—unsettling behavior, a sense that “something else” is present, and hints that the massacre Kathelia survived may have left a monstrous force attached to her. As the evil closes in, Robin realizes the past violence has followed the girl and now threatens to destroy their new family.
