Jesus Never Said Do Christmas

A spoken-word reflection on what Scripture actually says—and what it never says—about the traditions we call Christmas.

"Nowhere in Scripture does the Savior command us to celebrate His birth on December 25th, cut down a tree, deck it with silver and gold, or teach our children to whisper wishes to a man in red.

He never commanded painted eggs, hidden baskets, or a rabbit to preach resurrection.

He commanded: Feed the hungry. Clothe the naked. Visit the prisoner. Love the enemy who hates you.

One list is written in blood on a cross.
The other is printed on wrapping paper in malls.

Choose which master you serve.

The tree cannot speak.
The bunny cannot save.
The fat man in red cannot see your heart.

Only One can.
And He never asked for a holiday.

He asked for your life."

No hate. Just Scripture. Just truth.

Sho you right. 🙏
