Zephyr (Hassie Harrison), an intelligent and free-spirited surfer, is kidnapped by a serial killer who captains an old fishing boat where he organizes adventure tours for innocent tourists interested in going down in a cage to observe dangerous sharks. Kidnapped on the boat, Zephyr must figure out how to escape into the open sea before the obsessed killer carries out his sadistic ritual to feed the sharks.
