Plot Summary
Jerry and Joseph Kane (Nick Offerman and Jacob Tremblay) travel America spreading anti-government seminars rooted in Sovereign Citizen ideology, rejecting authority after facing foreclosure and arrests. Their path crosses Police Chief Jim Bouchart (Dennis Quaid), sparking a violent standoff and manhunt that probes extremism, family bonds, and freedom's cost amid 911 calls and escalating confrontations.
