What is "LEADERSHIP"?

The problems become infinite when any leader feels that their mission is to represent the employees to the company; the truth is that most leaders are paid by the company to represent the company - to the employees.

Given that truth the real leadership dilemma becomes more a balancing between cost, quality, time - as well as limiting liability - than coping with the infinite problems of humanity.
