Lone Samurai is a 2025 Japanese action drama about a 13th‑century samurai who is shipwrecked on what he thinks is a deserted island and, while considering ritual suicide, is captured by a cannibal tribe that forces him to fight for survival.

Plot overview
The warrior, wounded and cut off from any battlefield or master, initially prepares for an honorable death but slowly rekindles his will to live as he endures hunger, hallucinations, and harsh terrain. When the island’s cannibal inhabitants seize him, his spiritual struggle turns into prolonged, brutal combat that tests both his bushido code and his sanity.
