Charlie Kirk | Should You Question The Narrative?

Tyler James Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect charged in the assassination of Charlie Kirk, is scheduled for his next court appearance on October 30, 2025. This hearing, in Utah's Fourth District Court in Provo, Utah, before Judge Tony Graf, will address whether the defense waives the right to a preliminary hearing. Robinson appeared remotely (via audio, without video) at the previous waiver hearing on September 29, 2025, where his attorneys requested additional time to review extensive evidence ("voluminous" discovery materials). The prosecution intends to seek the death penalty on charges including aggravated murder.
No further hearings are scheduled beyond this date as of October 17, 2025, but updates could occur. Robinson remains in custody without bail at Utah County Jail.
