Piracy in the Caribbean

This is a broadcast statement from Maria Zarakhova regarding the blatant violation of international law of the seas perpetrated by the US Navy. It may well be interpreted as a subtle alert to the Trump administration that Venezuela is not alone in the world. Already we have seen Russian warships escorting ships in and out of Venezuelan ports. This could get very interesting.
