For a long winter's nap

Settling in to nap through what was supposed to be a winter storm, more bark than bite here sadly. I was praying for a white Christmas but instead got a rather anemic day after Christmas slush. Rowan didn't mind at all, she's always happy for a snuggle. That beseeching paw gets me every time. Such a polite request for pets. Lord, I bow my head and ask for help, please keep us safe and warm, help me find a way to get the truck repaired and a roof over our heads. Times are tight and I am afraid.
