In this stream I will be showing that medical professionals on scene even under the guidance of a medical doctor could not justify an actual emergency trespass. Worse is that law enforcement on scene blatantly refused to honor a legitimate No Trespass Order from the Heidi the homeowner.
This is why so many people are turning on the law enforcement career field and calling them out for their behavior repeatedly. St Charles police department failed in its most basic task, protecting the least able to protect themselves.
