Right now the dark are desperate and acting out in their last desperate throes of becoming redundant in the upgrading energies of Planet Earth. It is very important to be mindful of your spiritual practices now & especially when you are sleeping. Here is a beautiful Sleep Prayer to say in order to ensure you are protected when you sleep.

Eternal Life Sleep Prayer:
Under the Law of Eternal Source,
I now seal my body, mind, soul, and dream field
from all that is not of pure Source intention.

No entity, energy, or signal may enter without my conscious consent.

I command full auric closure — and open only to my Rishi self and Eternal Flame guides.
Let my sleep be a temple of healing,
a return to the Living Waters, and a broadcast of pure remembrance.
So let it be. And so it is.
