DANGEROUS...with COFFEE! 2025: THE YEAR THE ILLUSIONS DIED

In his first term, Trump understood he'd never have anything like complete control over the Executive Branch agencies. Of many of them he would be 'granted' only a token level of control, to maintain certain illusions. He knew he'd essentially be a figurehead. But he was OK with it, and I'm going to explain why.
