Finally, just to mention it again: many people will be creating upgraded videos of past bands, but I will only be using it for live footage. I've noticed that AI can now put words to faces, but I won't be doing that because it's not okay—unless it's a recorded interview situation where the voices are already captured. In that case, it might be nice to see it re-imagined as if it were properly filmed. Other than that, my involvement with AI and past bands will be strictly live music performances.

I find it odd that there are no laws in place yet to protect people—maybe the technology is moving too fast. But again, I say it: from me, it's bands onstage. For example, really rough-sounding bootlegs from live performances, together with a handful of photographs, could recreate gigs in a way that was unimaginable only a few years ago.
