If you want to see real change in 2026 and you're looking to start fresh, do not overload yourself with too many goals and behavior changes. Start with either your nutrition habits or your exercise habits. Once you conquer one of those, because it's going to take a good amount of effort to do one of those since you're not used to it, you will have a lot more energy to do the other behavior which requires a little bit of effort for the behavior change initiation. Not to mention, you'll be a lot more motivated to nail down the other one because you'll see results from the first behavior change you conquer.
