AuDHD: Curse or Superpower?

This song and video are about AuDHD — living with autism and ADHD at the same time.

Loving structure. Needing routine.
Then impulsively blowing past the plan anyway.

It’s about mental overload, hyperfocus, emotional disconnect, and the constant push and pull between do it and don’t. About feeling isolated inside your own head… and also having the ability to lock in, see patterns, and make changes other people can’t.

The video is designed to feel like an AuDHD mind — chaos and clarity, noise and stillness, frustration and power — without trying to explain or sanitize it.

I don’t know if AuDHD is a curse or a superpower.
Maybe it’s both.
