We missed last week for the best possible reason, and today we’re catching up, reflecting honestly on where we’ve been, and talking about how far we’ve drifted from the routines that once helped us thrive.

As we head into 2026—our 10th year living a keto / PHD lifestyle—this is not about New Year’s resolutions or extreme resets. It’s about small, intentional, stackable daily shifts that actually work. Diet, sleep, movement, electrolytes, routines, and priorities—simple things done consistently. No challenge. No pressure. Just direction, partnership, and momentum.
