Beef & Broccoli | Better Than 🐼

I normally order Chinese because it doesn't quite taste the same when I make it at home. But I've been experimenting to get that restaurant quality flavor at home. Well, I have done it. I found the missing ingredient that will have your homemade Chinese food taste just like the restaurants.

☆Recipe☆

-Marinade:
•¼ tsp Baking Soda •3 TBSP Water •1½ tsp Cornstarch
•2 tsp Vegetable Oil •1 tsp Oyster Sauce
•1 LBS Steak, cut ¼ inch thick (Flank, Sirloin, Chuck, etc)

-Sauce:
•⅔ Cup Chicken Stock •1½ tsp Sugar •1½ TBSP Soy Sauce
•1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce •1 TBSP Oyster Sauce
•½ tsp Sesame Oil. •⅛ tsp White Pepper

-Rest of Dish:
•4 Cup Broccoli Florets •¼ tsp Ginger, minced
•2 Garlic Cloves, minced •3 TBSP Vegetable Oil
•1 TBSP Shaoxing Wine
•2½ TBSP Cornstarch with 3 TBSP Water
