2 Days Left: Why Most Men Fail at the Finish Line

DAY 363. FINISH THE DRILL. 🧊

We are two days out from the end of this year-long journey. The temptation right now is to let off the gas. To say, "I’ve basically made it," and coast across the finish line.

That is a lie.

You don’t get credit for "almost" finishing. In 2 Timothy 4:7, Paul didn’t tell Timothy, "I tried my best." He said, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."

How you finish a project, a workout, or a specific season of life dictates exactly how you will start the next one. If you slack off now because the end is in sight, you are training yourself to be a man who cuts corners when it matters most.

Are you guilty of coasting when you see the finish line? Drop a "FINISH STRONG" in the comments if you’re locking it in for the final push. Let’s sharpen one another.

Be Kind, Be Great, Dial It In, and most importantly... KEEP ON SENDING IT.
