My New Year Resolution for 2026!

1.) Shave my head to reset for 2026! Then, I will go as long as I can without cutting my hair.

2.) New Cardio Plan: I will commit myself to implementing more walking into my lifestyle. Specifically, walking after eating my meals and even walking first thing when I wake up if possible.

3.) I will continue my Keto-Pescatarian lifestyle for personal health reasons while at the same time implementing autophagy fasting during my fasting times and an mTOR feeding day once a week with resistance training

My Schedule Commitment:

Monday - Thursday:
Autophagy Fast (16hrs - 22hrs)
Protein: 20g Max per meal
Net Carbs: 50g Max per meal

Friday:
Prolong Fast (24hrs, 36hrs, 48hrs)

Saturday: (If not doing a 48hr Fast)
Resistance Training
Re-Feed Day

Sunday: (mTOR Day)
Protein Load: 50g+ per meal!
Net Carbs: 20g Max per meal

4.) Track my protein intake more carefully on days when I am NOT doing autophagy fasting.

Protein Formula:

Current/Goal Weight (LBS) x 0.73kg = Daily Protein.

Example:

130lbs x 0.73kg = 94.9g Protein

Conclusion:

Consume about 95g - 100g of protein daily.

5.) Improve my Vietnamese and learn more about my Vietnamese Heritage.

6.) Go hiking and camping more often!

7.) Do more vlogging, cinematography, and video editing.

8.) Improve my cooking skills.

9.) Cut back on spicy foods.

10.) Eat more fermented foods.

11.) Implement Hot/Cold therapy.

12.) Budget my money for groceries more carefully so that it fits better with my new Keto-Pescatarian lifestyle for 2026.
