Ingredients:
1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (240 ml) milk
1 package (25 g) strawberry-flavored gelatin powder
1 cup (240 ml) hot water
1 cup fresh strawberries (optional, for topping)
For the Strawberry Sauce (optional):
1 cup chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the hot water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
In a blender, add the dissolved gelatin, condensed milk, and milk.
Blend for about 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a lightly greased pudding mold.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
To make the sauce, cook the strawberries, sugar, and water over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let the sauce cool before serving.
Unmold the pudding, pour the strawberry sauce on top, and decorate with fresh strawberries if desired.
