I spoke with Dr. David Wormser about what he anticipates Benjamin Netanyahu and President Trump would discuss during their meeting in Mar-a-Lago and whether, in fact, it will be a very important impetus behind a new, much-enhanced partnership between the two countries.

Along the lines of the Trump doctrine, whereby our allies are expected to bear more responsibility for their own security and that of the region, with our help, to be sure, but not a dependency upon us that is unhealthy for both nations. We also talked about the extent to which the Tahris and Turks are working against America's vital interests in that part of the world and are not to be relied upon as allies or partners in any way, but particularly with respect to the future of peace in Gaza.
