My horse is dead.

John escaped, so he, Abigail and Jack are safe.

Wasn't able to kill Micah, but now, at least, Dutch knows Micah was the rat.
Hopefully during our fight Micah caught TB from me and he dies this same slow horrible death.
I did everything I could for Dutch and for the family but now that family is done. Gone to the winds. Good for them.

Dutch and Micah left me here.

So, now I lay here. Alone. Getting a better death than I probably deserve.

Looking out into a beautiful sunrise. My life ends and the light of a new day arises to cleanse the day. Maybe it will cleanse me of all the bad I've done.

I'm tired. Tired of running. Tired of fighting. Tired of thinking.

Now, I am just gonna let the peace of a beautiful sunrise be the last thing I think about and the last thing I see.
