Since 9/11, it has operated within a global security order that normalizes permanent war, expanding budgets and reframing destruction as stability, reshaping borders and populations with near-impunity.

Before land is taken, perception is controlled through gaslighting, manufactured victimhood, and blame inversion: expansion becomes defense, occupation restraint, displacement inevitability.

With accountability delayed, the machinery advances. Inputs are ideology, military dominance, and legal exemptions; processes are settlement, de facto annexation, and gradual displacement; outputs are refugees, instability, and repeated war.
