Colossians 3

We examine the doctrine of Positional Righteousness, search for biblical definitions of uncleanness, inordinate affection, concupiscence, and idolatry while letting God judge whether or not life is fair.

We'll look at God's command that his people turn neither to the right hand or the left, and see that even the shadow of our turning from God is idolatry, and that while believers were once "the children of disobedience" we've been declare righteous in Christ.

Find out what the Bible says about who "the elect" is and why we who believe are now the elect as well, and we should behave that way! We'll study through the meaning of "reconciliation" and why forgiving one another as Christ forgave us does not mean forgiving anyone who sins regardless of their lack of repentance.

We'll also examine what it is to rule and what it means to let the peace of God rule in our hearts, and how Adam renaming Eve, and God naming and renaming people give us insight as to what it means to do things "in the name of the Lord Jesus."

Finally, we get the assurance from the Apostle Paul that in believing we serve the Lord Christ.
