While Cash Jordan's increasingly grim video reports about New York City on his YouTube channel inspired much of the lyrics for this song, the truth is the situations described herein are appallingly common in all large American cities and increasingly in the smaller ones as well. I don't know what it is about urban living that corrupts people so badly and makes them vote the criminals ruining their cities at the street level into power so they can ruin their cities from up on lofty political perches as well, but something about cities themselves just seems to be an inherently bad influence on their inhabitants. Anyway, unlike most of my previous entries, there's nothing deliberately humorous about this song; I truly did have the blues when asking Suno to generate the lyrics, and while editing the lyrics and song's album cover image into what you're seeing and hearing here.
