First, the story around key events has not stayed consistent. Dates are treated as critical one moment and dismissed the next. When timelines shift or are argued indirectly people stop following the facts and start questioning the narrator. Consistency is the backbone of trust and once it breaks audiences disengage.

Second, Transparency has been weak. Direct questions have been met with delays partial answers or moral scolding instead of clean proof. When people are told to stop asking rather than shown clear primary evidence suspicion grows whether that is fair or not.

Third, Proportionality feels off to many viewers. Highly produced emotionally charged messaging paired with organizational talking points reads as managed rather than organic. That perception may be wrong but perception is what audiences respond to.

Finally, The response strategy made it worse. Critics were framed as malicious unstable or disloyal instead of being answered. That signals control not confidence.

When consistency transparency and proportionality fail together credibility collapses. Once that happens facts alone no longer repair the damage.
