Warm up with me! A quick 5 minute routine that will warm up your full body and every muscle before you tackle any workout. I find it way easier to prioritize warming up when I have something easy to follow abd I know there will be no jumping involved. I often workout when my baby is sleeping and so I try to avoid jumping at all costs.
