Joy Ride (2024) Review || BeyondGraves

🎬 Today, we’re taking a look at Joy Ride. I knew i would like this movie, and was annoyed I missed it in theaters at the time- it's a super fun comedy-adventure movie, and I've compared things like this to Eurotrip for like thirty years- it's nice to finally have something worthy of replacing it as a fixture. It's a great offering, and Adele Lim really knows what she wants out of a scene and when to get a laugh or the tiny details to include. Ashley Park, Sherry Cola, Stephanie Hsu, and Sabrina Wu all really lock in and bring something unique, followed up with Ronny Chieng, Mereideth Hagner, David Denman (ugh), Annie Mumolo, and Daniel Dae Kim.
