We finally stepped it up! After building confidence with those 5.5-mile runs, we tackled our longest run together to date: 9.5 miles straight. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️ No shortcuts, no stopping — just pure endurance, brother banter, and pushing past the wall. Was it tougher than expected? Did we hit the dreaded bonk? How did our pacing and energy hold up over nearly double the distance?
