I am seriously considering the Clicks Communicator qwerty smartphone (it has to IMS provision)

Unless it has carrier certification for canadian regional carriers **(not just the big three cartel, eg. rogers/fido/chat-r, telus/koodo/public or bell/virgin/lucky)**, I am not going to enjoy trying to use the pixel or samsung "hack" to get it to IMS provision successfully for voLTE (future: VoNR) and wifi calling.

Those are two CRITICAL features. It is make OR break at this point. We all know where 3G is going in canada in the next decade or two.
