When a person becomes a Christian, from a human perspective there can be several different motivations. Most will describe the experience as getting saved, meaning that they are now saved from eternity in Hell, or now the will be able to go to Heaven one day, or now they are safe from being left behind at the return of Jesus.

But, what is God’s perspective? Why does God want us to come into His Kingdom and what does He desire and expect? This teaching presents a foundational truth about what it really means to be a Christian and how to serve God. If a new Christian could learn only one concept, this would be it. Jesus commanded we follow this concept and Paul mentioned it over 400 times in his writings.
