170 - Numbers 30 - Vows Made In Yehovah's Name

The 3rd commandment is for Israel to make their vows in Yehovah's name, for He will not hold them guiltless who takes His name in vain. A woman who is covered by her man has a safeguard against rash vows. Even Yehovah makes vows in His own name and He always does what He says He will do.
