many in the Christian church, including Covenant Theologians who’ve got no doctrinal excuse, have not only sat quietly while this pernicious doctrine spreads, have even given it subtle nods of approval so as to not be accused of hating Jews or loving Hitler. They had one job to do, which was to preach the Word both in season and out, and instead have become fair-weather friends to sound theology. They should be barring the door to the church and growling in French the slogan of the Battle of Verdun, Ils ne passeront pas! (they shall not pass) beneath their breath, but are instead holding the door wide open and wishing them shalom.
