STRANGE BEING ROCKS BACK N FORTH WHILE STARRING ME DOWN

This was a live stream where I just decided to walk down the main road of a closed state park. There is no other people know nothing out there just wilderness and me in my camera and I caught the strange being rocking back-and-forth and then it disappears.
