Bitcoin Exchange-to-MAME controller for SF2 - Update 2

Vibe Coding example using Replit (AI) to create an Exchange-to-MAME controller (using Binance and Coinbase public APIs as input for Ryu and Ken). Concept is to be able to watch Exchange trading input for Bitcoin but translated into a game (SF2 in this example).

In this update, all 6 punch and kick buttons are represented for Player 1 and Player 2.
