Three Resolutions, Part 1

The practice of NY resolutions is a 4000 year old Babylonian tradition. The Romans then picked it up in their God Janus. A two faced God that looks back in reflection and forward to the new year with firm resolve. As brothers and sisters in Christ we are not called to celebrate the pagan gods, but we can look forward with firm resolve to the coming year in light of Scripture. The Lord showed me 3 Resolutions that a Christian should focus on in the Word. I am sharing them with you today. They are 1. Pray without ceasing, 2. Get into God's Word, 3. The Word of Your testimony. All three are much needed in our lives. The challenge then is to Resolve to Do one or all of these in the coming year. Are you up for it?
