Is the phrase “repent (+ of your sins?) AND “believe/faith/trust” ever found in the Bible?
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” (John 6:47)
“And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 
And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” (Acts 16:30 to 31)
