GALAKTOBOURIKO (CUSTARD PIE).
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (bottom first. Turn both top and bottom at the last 15 minutes), 350 degrees F.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup (200 gr.) of all-purpose flour.
1/2 cup (100 gr.) of sugar.
4 cups (800 gr.) of whole or 2% milk.
5 eggs.
2 sticks of butter.
1 package of phyllo dough.
SYRUP.
2 cups (400 gr.) of sugar.
3 cups of water.
2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
