Plot Summary
Charlie Chan travels to Rio de Janeiro to arrest Lola Dean, a nightclub singer suspected of a murder committed in Honolulu. However, before he can apprehend her, she is found stabbed to death in her own home. Chan must then collaborate with the Rio police to solve the new murder. The film is largely a remake of the 1931 movie The Black Camel.
