Difference Between A Tier and F Tier Leg Exercise

This is truly an A tier leg exercise when done right, but a F tier when done wrong. It causes more problems when you place too much weight on your back foot. It's an unfavorable angle and pressure on your back leg's knee in this position.
To fix that, keep your center of gravity as close to your front foot as you can. Only touch your tippy toes, not even entire balls of your feet, to the ground behind you to learn this technique. Push through whole of front foot. Knee will come over toe and the bottom and that is definitely OK and a natural motion (if you have a specific problem with it due to injury, modify or omit as needed). Follow for more!
