Donald Trump INSANE Charges - Against Venezuela’s President Maduro

And argue that the charges are a politically motivated fabrication built on vague allegations, retroactive terrorism designations, and testimony from coerced witnesses seeking reduced sentences.

Max says the charges, which range from narco-terrorism to 1934-era firearms violations, lack jurisdictional legitimacy under international law and are designed to justify U.S. imperialism, regime-change policy rather than prosecute real crimes. Central to the case is former Venezuelan intelligence chief Hugo “El Pollo” Carvajal, portrayed as a compromised informant willing to say anything to avoid decades in prison, including claims aligning with Trump-era political narratives.

The two conclude that the trial is a test of whether the United States can override head-of-state immunity and international law, to legitimize coercive foreign policy against Venezuela, and quite possibly other sovereign nations.
