Heavy Metal 2000

Heavy Metal 2000 is a single-story, animated sci-fi adventure about warrior Julie seeking revenge on the psychopath Tyler, who, after discovering a key to immortality, destroyed her planet, massacred its people, and kidnapped her sister. Julie teams up with an alien ally to pursue Tyler, who becomes a powerful warlord using the blood of Julie's people for temporary invincibility, as she races to stop him from achieving true godhood. The film, a follow-up to the 1981 original, features hand-drawn animation mixed with CGI, a metal soundtrack, and themes of vengeance and power, though it received mixed reviews.
