SO QUIT ONE UPPING EACH OTHER!!! GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA PRECIOUS ONES!!! I have to say guys, I've read Philippians 4:1-3 so many times I've lost count, but today I really got to wondering what was up with Euodia and Syntyche, and why they started fighting with each other. What was so important, what issue was so petty, and what competition was there that mattered so much to the two of them that they had this argument? But most of all, I've always wondered if they ever resolved it. Bill Crowder, this morning's devotional writer hit the nail on the head, when he stated, “Conflict and competition are inevitable in our broken world. How we choose to engage those conflicts reveals what’s in our hearts.”

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from these verses, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that you listen to what I have to say. I pray that you listen, because I believe that we as the body of Christ are acting like Euodia and Syntyche, treating the Christian walk, our service to the Lord, is if it's some type of petty competition, and we need to stop. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn for yourself that the Christian life isn't a competition, and to stop 1 upping each other! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that you not only think about them, take heed to them and act on them.

What conflicts do you face today?

How could the peace of the Spirit make a difference in resolving them?

I pray tonight my friends that you really deeply think about the things I said in this vlog, and that you act on them. Learn to realize that we’re serving the Lord together, not competing against each other, and make sure that we are engaging each other with respect, honor, integrity, and acting as one in Christ. We need to make sure that when we start finding ourselves at odds with fellow believers, and start acting like idiots with each other, that we seek the Holy Spirit's help in resolving the issue. That we ask God to please help us demonstrate the fruit of the spirit, show humility, learn to submit to God's will when it comes to everything that we do. Above all we need to remember that our walk with the Lord, our service to Him is not a competition, but it's an opportunity to learn to work with each other to accomplish His will in winning souls to Him. So quit competing and treating the Christian life like it's a contest and just learn to serve the Lord together!

UNTIL THURSDAY:

HAVE AN ABUNDANTLY BLESSED EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
