Technical Note: The game's logic is tied in with the framerate. If the rate isn't 60fps triggers and scripts will execute early or not at all. I'm using a Nvidia graphics card. With the Nvidia app, under the Global Settings tab, you can set the "Max Frame Rate" setting to 60 FPS.
