The DoD is being SUED over Covid-19 vaccine mandates.

Rick Jaffe explains why he’s SUING the Department of Defense over Covid-19 vaccine mandates:

“Around Covid … the military started obligating the servicemen to take the Covid shot.”

“There were individuals in the military who had a religious objection to the shot.”

“A lot of them filed lawsuits … there was some actual positive results for that in preliminary rulings.”

“At some point, the military stopped requiring it because the pandemic ended.”

“Then what happened was a lot of these cases were then declared as moot.”

“There was never any formal final decisions in most of these cases.”

“So that left kind of a gap in the law.”

“One thing that came up during all these Covid litigation cases was that the military would pretty much deny almost all of the requests for religious exemptions.”
