Nice Try… Maintenance Claims Don’t Lower Rent

The saga of the angry tenants continues.

Now they’re claiming that because one electrician was on site, that somehow means “the entire house was inspected” and that the electrician can certify everything that’s allegedly wrong.

🚫 That’s not how inspections work.
🚫 That’s not how certifications work.
🚫 And that’s definitely not how rent gets lowered.

Let’s be clear:
🔧 A vendor addresses specific, verified issues
📸 Claims require proof
📋 Opinions don’t equal inspections
⚖️ Maintenance isn’t a negotiation tactic

What’s really happening?
They’re trying to manufacture maintenance issues to push for a lower rent payment. And without valid evidence, those requests will be denied — every time.

Property management isn’t about saying yes to pressure. It’s about process, documentation, and protecting the investment.

So let’s talk 👇
❓ Should unsupported maintenance claims ever change rent?
❓ Or should proof be mandatory before anything moves forward?

Receipts out weighs rhetoric. Let’s keep it professional. 💪
