1/5/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Company & Civilian Gangstalking PERP Vehicles

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Emergency services, government, corporation, and private citizens vehicles can all be organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator vehicles. This is true because there are always corrupt ones inside all government agencies, corporations, community groups, NGOs, in every city and country on Earth. The uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps will attempt mind games such as driving one headlight vehicles, one missing hubcap vehicles, or alternating bright/dim headlight vehicles.

The various gangstalking perps and collaborators are retarded and stupid. All of the other international groups and members would be telling you the same things I am telling all of you here. The perps claim they do not know anything as pathetic attempts to cover up themselves and their corrupt deeds. It does not even matter if they truly do not know or just do not care about their corruption sins. It does not change anything. The uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and their perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, and buildings are still going to get equally internet famous after we share their video and photographic images to the places all over the internet, where the nice and/or nasty international organizations and their followers would see them. You all can guess what organizations I am hinting at, as you may have seen some of them mentioned on the news. Their adherents are inside every city and country on Earth. Use your imagination.

I am a little different than most of my fellow international group associates. Not every group member is on equal ranking. I and others like me are former government functionaries. I am from a national defence/national security related government department. The others could be from taxation, health, justice, transporations, trade, industry, culture, energy, parks, immigration, corrections, agriculture, fisheries, and other government departments. My factions of past and present official and politicians friends are from some or all of these other government departments. We cross communicate with each other about many things. We also know that some of our past and present colleagues are corrupt collaborators with the corrupt gangstalking perps.

The show up to loiter, one headlight, one hubcap vehicles gangstalking perps and the other perps and collaborators are going to be seen by many global others, after we share their videos, photographs, and other gangstlaking perpetrators and collaborator information internationally.
