Steak with Garlic Pepper Sauce has tender, juicy pan seared steak combined with a rich, creamy, velvety sauce! This recipe truly will elevate your average steak dinner!

Steak with Garlic Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs steak
1 tablespoon butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

Directions
Season steak on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and cook steak (in batches) to preferred doneness. (I used skirt steak or flap meat about 2-3 minutes per side, depending on the thickness). Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing thin against the grain.
Scrape and remove any burnt pieces from the pan.
Melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic cloves and sauté for 30 seconds.
Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcester sauce.
Season with salt and 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper. Let simmer over medium heat until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Either place sliced steak in a serving dish and pour over sauce or return the steak back to the pan and cover with sauce.
