It Took Me A While To Fully Commit But Now I Have More Energy Than Ever
It was 2018, and I originally just went to the public library and I actually borrowed two audio books and I listened to the at home.
And I was so, you know, blown away by it all.
And I remember the one thing was I didn't think I'd be able to, like, get over the whole egg thing.
I was like, all of my diets, I eat, like, salads with chopped eggs, you know?
And then 2020 when everything was happening, I was like, I'm going on this thing like full force.
You know, I had done a little bit of the celery juice, then I like went out and bought a juicer and I really started and I went from like walking around a couple of blocks to, like, walking three miles a day.
And I saw that I just had so much more energy.
